and I bought a 167 Acre Horse Farm in Nelson! There is a 24 stall barn and 153'x72' Indoor Riding Arena! There are lots of
hay fields and about 70 acres of woods with trails and we will make a lot more trails and build a lot of Jumps! We are taking
in boarders and I have room to take in horses for training too! We bought this farm for one reason only to HAVE FUN with
our horses! We will have a GREAT HUNTER PACE Course on the farm and the farm is connected to state land to add many more
miles of riding. I do not show any more or have any plans to. If you are looking for a place to board your horse where
you can have fun without the pressure to show this is the place for you. I will give top notch care to
your horse. There is plenty of great turnout too. I will also be offering lessons and training for both you and your horse.
The farm is 3 miles from Morrisville including SUNY Morrisville Campus, 10 miles from Cazenovia, about 14 miles from Canastota
and not far from Hamilton, only 2 miles from Rt 20 between Nelson and Morrisville. We have moved into the farm house
and are open for business. My Horses LOVE the Farm and yours will too! It really is a Hidden Splendor. I'm
happy to report that we have boarders! All the horses have settled in nicely and we are very happy with all our
boarders. We have room for just a few more so if you are thinking about checking us out do it fast. We have done some trail
work and have a some jumps out. We have worked hard on the indoor arena footing and it's GREAT to ride on and NO DUST. We
have also baled 5000 bales of hay, mowed all the pastures, fixed fence, and put on the DeRuyter Hunter Paces! We are tired
but happy and having FUN! Call or email me to make an appointment to come see the farm, bring your horse and go
